Park Pictures Features is producing the film in partnership with Hoffman's Cooper's Town Productions banner and Slattery's Shoestring Pictures.
Slattery and Alex Metcalf adapted from the novel by award-winning author Pete Dexter. Jay Cohen of the Gersh Agency will handle all film sales.
