Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Florence + The Machine and Disclosure are among the headliners at the 2015 Apple Music Festival, the tech giant announced on Tuesday.
The concert event will take place at London’s Roundhouse in September. Apple will stream performances to global users for free, making them available live and on-demand via Apple Music.
“We wanted to do something really special for music fans this year,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services. “The Apple Music Festival is a greatest hits set of 10 unbelievable nights featuring some of the best performers on the planet appearing live and interacting directly with their fans.”
The festival takes place from Sept. 19-28. U.K. residents can apply to win tickets on Apple Music as well as through media partners including the London Evening Standard.
Apple renamed its iTunes Festival, which it hosted in London for eight years, in recognition of the Apple Music launch. Customers can see Apple Music Festival performances via Apple Music or iTunes on their mobile devices or Apple TV.
