Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are returning to the Ed Sullivan Theater for a really, really big interview.
The surviving members of the Beatles will sit down with David Letterman for an interview that will air on Feb. 9 as part of “The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to te Beatles” on CBS.

The special, airing from 8 to 10:30 p.m., will celebrate the legacy of the group 50 years after the band’s U.S. television debut on the “Ed Sullivan Show.” In addition to the interview, the special will also feature contemporary artists performing Beatles songs, along with footage from the night of the Beatles’ first appearance on Sullivan’s show.
On Thursday, the Ed Sullivan Theater will unveil a marquee duplicating the one that was displayed on the night of the Beatles’ “Sullivan” debut, which will be displayed through the weekend.

McCartney and Starr recently reunited for a performance at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony.
