Speilberg’s film, which stars Tom Hanks, Mark Rylance and Amy Ryan, tells the true story of James Donovan, an attorney who finds himself thrust into the center of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible mission to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot. It begins filming next month in New York and Berlin.

“The Light Between Oceans” will be directed by Derek Cianfrance and stars Michael Fassbender, Alicia Vikander and Rachel Weisz. The historical drama centers around a lighthouse keeper and his wife off the coast of Australia and is based on the novel by ML Stedman. It begins filming next month in New Zealand and Australia.
