Aziz Ansari, star of NBC's "Parks and Recreation," is dropping a dime (bag) on pop cutie Justin Bieber.
Ansari has just posted the below video j'accuse, detailing how Bieber flat-out stole his hit "Baby" from Ansari's alter-ego, Randy (pronounced "Raaaaandy").
