From inclusivity to building a brand, key industry players will be speaking on issues that impact professional women at TheWrap’s New York City Power Women Breakfast on Tuesday morning.
CBS News anchor Norah O’Donnell, actress and activist Emily Ratajkowski, Glamour magazine editor Samantha Barry and NYC First Lady Chirlane McCray are among the influential women who will be addressing attendees from around the city and beyond. The breakfast is taking place at the Tribeca Grill and is co-hosted by TheWrap founder Sharon Waxman, Tribeca Enterprises CEO Jane Rosenthal and “Pretty Woman: The Muscial” executive producer Paula Wagner.
TheWrap’s Power Women Breakfast franchise brings together influential women in entertainment, media, technology and finance in key cities to network and connect. Each event brings inspiring speakers to talk about issues that relate to professional women.
On Thursday, the series will head to the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C., where speakers will include veteran producer Gale Anne Hurd, whose extensive credits include “The Terminator” trilogy, “Aliens” and “The Walking Dead”; Cori Bush, a Missouri congressional candidate profiled in the documentary “Knock Down the House”; Rep. Linda Sánchez, a California Democrat, and Jennifer Palmieri, former White House director of communications and director of communications for the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign.
