“To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” star Noah Centineo has joined the cast of Sony’s upcoming reboot of “Charlie’s Angels,” a person with knowledge of the deal has told TheWrap.
Centineo will play the love interest of one of the three Angels, who are being played by Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska. Elizabeth Banks is directing the film and will also play one of the multiple Bosleys in the film alongside Patrick Stewart and Djimon Hounsou. Banks also co-wrote the script with Jay Basu, based on earlier versions by Craig Mazin and Semi Chellas.
“Charlie’s Angels” will join a new team of Angels who work for a Townsend Agency that has expanded globally, with multiple Angels and Bosleys working for the mysterious Charlie. The film is set for release on Sept. 27, 2019.
Centineo is repped by CAA and Nick Styne at Definition Entertainment. The deal was first reported by Variety.
