The hazing drama “Goat” has its share of abuse and humiliation, but director Andrew Neel made sure his young cast was safe while filming intense scenes.
Stars Nick Jonas and Ben Schnetzer appeared with Neel at TheWrap Studio at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, where they revealed the use of a safe word if a particular act got too uncomfortable.
Jonas got the word (see the reveal in the video clip) from the standup of comedian Kevin Hart.
The cast and their director also spilled details of a James Franco cameo as a fraternity elder who takes partying to the next level. Franco also served as producer on the project through his Rabbit Bandini Productions.
