It’s all out war on the upcoming seventh and final season of HBO’s “True Blood” as rabid vampires are killing without reason and it’s forcing the town’s citizens to make some awkward alliances.
In new previews from the upcoming season, current mayor Sam (Sam Trammell) reminds everyone that vampire-human partnerships are the best way to survive attacks from the Hep-V-infected vampires. In order to keep the population safe and stop the spread of Hep-V, uninfected humans will feed their blood to vampires in exchange for protection. Being mortal enemies, that will take some getting used to.

In the same vein, Sookie’s (Anna Paquin) very public relationships with vampires has her on the outs with the town’s humans. In the second preview below, she tries to convince the others that this is no time to shut her out.
When the series returns, Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) is still posted in front of Andy’s (Chris Bauer) house. She’s determined to protect his faerie daughter Adilyn (Bailey Noble), but there’s some history that’s keeping that from happening. Um, Jessica did eat her sisters.
