Netflix’s has assembled Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Alison Brie and Amy Sedaris to tell the story of “BoJack Horseman,” a former sitcom star who also happens to be a horse.
Arnett plays the titular equine, a hard-drinking, recovering star of “Horsin’ Around” whose circle includes his catty agent (Sedaris), a woman dating a dog (Brie) and a guy who looks kind of like Jesse Pinkman (Paul).

If you haven’t guessed, the show is a cartoon, which will deprive us of the “Mr. Ed” thrill of watching dialogue synced to a horse eating peanut butter.
BoJack must contend with drunkenness, public humiliation, and worse of all, Twitter. He debuts Aug. 22.
