As the Phoenix Suns get ready to play against the Milwaukee Bucks this NBA Finals, many celebrity fans are showing their support.
Guy Fieri: The celebrity chef is often in Phoenix, tending to his 25 restaurants and food ventures. However, he’s also known to go to a Suns game or two.
Jesse Eisenberg: Eisenberg’s relationship with the Suns goes way back to 1993, when the team lost to the Bulls in the NBA Finals. The actor feared that a fan letter he wrote to the Suns’ Dan Majerle — his basketball hero — distracted the player and cost the team the Finals.
David Spade: Spade, an Arizona native, has long been a Suns fan, cheering on the team time and again and cracking jokes at the games. And as a recent tweet shows, his dedication to the team is not slowing down.
Phil Mickelson: Phil Mickelson, an Arizona State graduate and huge basketball fan, met his now-wife Amy, while she was a Phoenix Suns cheerleader and still roots for the Suns.
Alice Cooper: The legendary rocker is definitely one of the Suns’ most dedicated fans, as his fandom spans over 50 years. In fact, he’s followed the Suns since they came to town as an expansion team when Cooper was in high school in Phoenix. He even had season courtside tickets for a while.
Kendall Jenner: It’s no surprise that Kendall Jenner can frequently be seen at the Phoenix Suns arena, cheering on her boyfriend Devin Booker.
Larry Fitzgerald: The beloved Cardinals wideout, Larry Fitzgerald, watched Suns games from courtside seats for years. Though as of 2020, Fitzgerald took his fandom to a whole new level and bought a minority stake in the team, making it pretty clear who he will be rooting for in the Finals.
Kyler Murray: Fellow Cardinals player, Kyler Murray is often seen at Suns games and showing his support (especially for Booker) on Twitter.
J.J. Watt: Another Cardinals player who roots for the Suns, Watt is also wild for Booker and, judging by a recent tweet, ready for the Finals.
Nick McKellar or the “Suns in 4” fan: Who can forget Nick McKellar? Or as you might know him, the “Suns in 4” diehard fan and local DJ who was in the middle of a fight at a Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns playoff game. A video of the fight went viral and, in it, McKellar can be seen saying “Suns in four.” He even managed to catch the eye of Phoenix Suns fan-favorite, Booker, who sent the fan tickets and an autographed jersey.
