Mourners have arrived for the funeral services of deceased hip-hop crooner Nate Dogg, who passed away on March 15 due to complications from two previous strokes. The funeral is being held at the Queen Mary Dome in his native Long Beach.

Hip-hop crooner Nate Dogg, who died last week at the age of 41, will be laid to rest on Saturday with a funeral and tribute performance that's expected to include his cousin and former collaborator Snoop Dogg.
Nate Dogg's funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Queen Mary Dome, formerly the warehouse for both Howard Hughes' plane the Spruce Goose, as well as the Queen Mary, which is docked in Long Beach.
The funeral was initially going to be open to the public, but safety concerns caused officials to put a halt to those plans. However, 1,000 tickets were made available to fans on a first-call basis on Friday. Those tickets will also grant access to a 7 p.m. tribute performance, where Snoop Dogg and other friends of Hale's are expected to perform.
On Friday, hundreds of fans packed into the New Hope Baptist Church — where Nate Dogg (real name: Nathaniel Hale) once sang in the choir — for a viewing, E! Online reports. As will be the case with Saturday's funeral, no cameras were allowed at the public send-off for the singer, who was best known for "Regulate," his collaboration with Warren G.
Hale died on March 15, of complications from two recent strokes.
