"Modern Family's" Jeff Richman has inked a three-year overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television, which will elevate Richman to executive producer on the series. Richman will also develop projects for 20th, which produces "Modern Family," as part of the deal.
Richman has served as co-executive producer on the ABC hit since 2010.
Richman's other credits include a run as executive producer on "Rules of Engagement" and executive producer on "Frasier." He also worked with "Modern Family" creator Steve Levitan on the Kelsey Grammer/Patricia Heaton sitcom "Back to You," which ran on Fox from Sept. 2007 to May 2008.

Richman and Levitan won an Emmy last year for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, for writing the "Modern Family" episode "Caught in the Act."
