Miranda Cosgrove Breaks Ankle in Bus Accident, Postpones Tour

“iCarly” star “will be fine,” spokesperson says, but remaining tour dates are off “until further notice”

"iCarly" star Miranda Cosgrove was forced to postpone the remainder of her Dancing Crazy Summer Tour on Thursday after a tour-bus crash left her with a broken ankle, a spokesperson for Cosgrove confirms to TheWrap.

The accident occurred as Cosgrove's bus was traveling on the I-70 in Illinois, just outside of Vandalia. There were five passengers on the bus. "We are told that everyone will be fine," the spokesperson added. "Miranda thanks everyone for their understanding and support."

Cosgrove, 18, had performed at Kettering, Ohio's, Fraze Pavilion on Wednesday. She had been scheduled to perform at the Hartman Arena in Wichita, Kansas, on Friday.

The remaining dates of the tour, which had been scheduled to end Oct. 23 at the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix, have been postponed "until further notice."
