One of the funniest viral videos of the year may not be so funny anymore.
At the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in May, "Adorn" singer Miguel accidentally leg dropped a fan while attempting to jump between stages but he didn’t quite make it.
Despite earlier reports, the woman who was on the receiving end of the Hulk Hogan-esque maneuver is claiming possible brain damage, which may come with a related lawsuit.

Khyati Shah’s lawyer told TMZ, "Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury." Shah is reportedly waiting to hear back from her neurologist before any legal decision is made.
The attorney, Vip Bhola, says that Shah should have been rushed to the hospital, but instead was just treated to an ice pack…for a bruised elbow. TheWrap reached out to Shah's lawyer but did not immediately hear back.
