Michael J. Fox will reprise his “Good Wife” role for the upcoming fourth season of its CBS All Access spinoff series, “The Good Fight,” executive producer Robert King announced during the Television Critics Association press tour Sunday.

Fox played attorney Louis Canning in 26 episodes of the Julianna Margulies-led “The Good Wife,” which ran for seven seasons on CBS, from 2009-2016. This will mark his first appearance on the show’s sequel series, which launched on CBS’ SVOD service in February 2017.

King — who created both “The Good Wife” and “The Good Fight” with his wife and producing partner Michelle King — also announced that Hugh Dancy will be joining the cast for Season 4 as “one of the lawyers at the firm” Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart.
