Melissa McCarthy needs to “Spy” when veteran secret agents Jason Statham and Jude Law can’t in the first trailer for Paul Feig‘s new comedy.
McCarthy plays the CIA’s top analyst, Susan Cooper, who steps away from her computer and gets in the action when her suave partner (Law) falls off the grid and Statham’s identity is compromised by a deadly arms dealer, played by Rose Byrne.
Bobby Cannavale, Allison Janney, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Miranda Hart co-star in the May 22 release from 20th Century Fox.
