After some inferences to the character, The CW’s “Arrow” is finally bringing on Manhunter.

David Cubitt has signed on for the important role, a show representative told TheWrap.

Cubitt will play Mark Shaw, an A.R.G.U.S. operative in Corto Maltese who crosses paths with Diggle (David Ramsey). He will later become Manhunter, just one of the people who assume the name from the DC Comics. Originally a race of criminal-seeking robots that became out of control, Manhunters were later destroyed by their leaders and replaced with humans with a mind toward serving justice.
