WWE superstar R-Truth (aka Ron Killings) and former WWE diva Maria Kanellis have signed with Advanced Management for representation, TheWrap has learned.
With their flair for theatrics and toned physiques, wrestlers have been branching out into film and television more than ever lately, as they’ve been in high demand in both mediums. Not only has former wrestling superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has blossomed into one of Hollywood’s most reliable leading men, but Dave Bautista stars in Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” and Hornswoggle plays the title character in Lionsgate’s “Leprechaun: Origins.”

Kanellis currently serves as the First Lady of Ring of Honor Wrestling, which airs on the Sinclair Broadcast Group’s stations across the country. Best known as a former professional wrestler and personality within WWE, Kanellis was also a contestant on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and a correspondent for HDNet’s MMA series “King of the Cage,” which hailed from Mark Burnett Productions.
