Despite some encouraging global grosses, Hollywood’s summer movie season is off to a miserable start in terms of quality, at least in the eyes of TheWrap’s film reporter Jeff Sneider.
With the exception of Universal’s comedy “Neighbors,” nearly every major studio release in the month of May disappointed Sneider, who admittedly, brought his own high expectations into movies such as “Godzilla” and “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”
