Wardrobe malfunction, take two?
If anyone knows how to provoke, it's Madonna, who will headline the Super Bowl halftime show Feb. 5 with performers from Cirque du Soleil.
The Super Bowl performance, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, will coincide with the release of Madonna's next single, "Give Me All Your Love," the first tune off her 12th studio album, scheduled for release in the spring. "Give Me All Your Love" leaked online last month.
The untitled album will be her first studio record since 2008's "Hard Candy," which debuted atop the Billboard album chart.

Madonna, 53, also wrote and directed the upcoming big-screen drama "W.E.," which debuted at the Venice Film Festival in September and hits theaters in New York and Los Angeles on Dec. 9. The movie intertwines the story of a modern romance with that of King Edward VIII and divorced American Wallis Simpson.
A song from the movie, "Masterpiece," leaked online last weekend, and is also expected to be on Madonna's 2012 album.
