Luke Cage won’t be the only one battling foes in Season 2.
In a new clip from “Marvel’s Luke Cage” Season 2, Misty Knight (Simone Missick) teams up with Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) to put a guy in his place. Yep — the “Iron Fist” character will be making a crossover appearance in the newest street hero season. Of course, we saw Wing in “The Defenders,” so it’ll be exciting to see her and Misty together again.
In the clip, Misty and Colleen are chatting at a bar when Bill Norris’ brother confronts Misty, calling her a “b—-,” and the detective is not having it. “That’s the second time someone has called me a b—- today,” she tells Colleen. The ladies then get down to business in a barroom brawl.
The street-hero series is executive produced by Cheo Hodari Coker, Jim Chory and Jeph Loeb. Lucy Liu directed the premiere. “Marvel’s Luke Cage” also stars Mike Colter, Alfre Woodard, Theo Rossi and Rosario Dawson.
