Walt Disney Studios is making changes to its home entertainment leadership.
As part of a restructuring, Lori MacPherson has made the decision to leave the company. She was the executive vice president of global product management for the studio. Disney has yet to announce a replacement for MacPherson, who is leaving later this month after more than 20 years at the studio.

The move comes after Janice Marinelli was promoted last fall to president, Disney studio global in-home and digital distribution and Disney ABC North America content distribution.
MacPherson oversaw the development of Disney’s digital copy program and oversaw the studio’s loyalty rewards program. She played a key role in overseeing the company’s DVD and Blu-ray output.
MacPherson joined Disney team in 1991 and worked with studio in brand marketing, business development and product management roles.
