Sophia Di Martino is in talks to join Tom Hiddleston in Marvel Studios’ “Loki” series for Disney+.
There is no word on who Di Martino is playing. Di Martino marks the first casting for the series aside from Hiddleston. Marvel Studios declined to comment.
Hiddleston, of course, will reprise his villainous Loki from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which will follow the version of the trickster that escaped with the Tesseract during the Time Heist in “Avengers: Endgame.” The character first appeared in “Thor” in 2011, and was the main villain of the first “Avengers” film, before showing up again in “Thor: The Dark World” and “Thor: Ragnarok.”
