Logan Marshall-Green, Olivier Gourmet and Laura Carmichael have joined the cast of “Madame Bovary.”
The adaptation of Gustave Flaubert’s classic look at the things that can go awry when spouses stray from the marital bed stars Mia Wasikowska (“Alice in Wonderland”), Ezra Miller (“The Perks of Being a Wallflower”), Paul Giamatti (“Sideways”) and Rhys Ifans (“The Amazing Spider-Man). Filming begins Monday in France.

Marshall-Green, who looks like Tom Hardy‘s doppelganger, turned heads in “Prometheus” as Noomi Rapace’s lover. Oliver Gourmet is a Belgian actor best known for his acclaimed work in “The Son.” Carmichael garnered attention on this continent playing the homely Lady Edith on “Downton Abbey.”
