Lindsay Lohan’s Back in Another Cheesy Trailer for ‘The Canyons’

Viewers aren't taking too kindly to the new teaser trailer for "The Canyons," mimicking a '50s melodrama

Lindsay Lohan is back in a new teaser-trailer for Paul Schrader's "The Canyons" — and even if it's not clear that any of the footage shown is from the actual film, it does feature Lohan doing her best to act like "a sensual woman torn between two loves" — James Deen and Nolan Funk.

And though it mimicks a '50s melodrama, it does take a wink at the present, labeling screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis as a "Twitter-obsessed author" and Schrader as a "never-nominated director."

But despite the satirical approach, viewers don't seem to keen on what they're seeing.
