Could Lindsay Lohan actually, really, truly be poised for a career comeback this time?
Don't ask us. But she certainly seems to be on a roll.
The troubled actress, fresh off of her latest rehab stint, has bounced back with a guest-starring role in the HBO comedy "Eastbound & Down," which is preparing to head into its final season.

An individual with knowledge of the casting confirmed Lohan's casting to TheWrap but was unable to provide character details. However, according to TMZ, she will play the adult version of the illegitimate daughter spawned by former baseball star Kenny Powers, portrayed by series star Danny McBride.
For those who haven't been keeping count, this marks the third triumphant return to the spotlight for Lohan in recent months. In addition to the much-discussed — and well-reviewed — feature film "The Canyons," which co-stars Lohan and adult-film performer James Deen, she will be featured in a high-profile interview on "Oprah's Next Chapter" on Sunday, and she has landed a reality show with Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.
