Lin Pictures has hired former TriStar Television executive Lindsey Liberatore to oversee development and television operations, the production company announced Friday.
Liberatore will serve as senior vice president of television for Lin Pictures, which produces “Lethal Weapon” for Fox and produced the current film hit “It.”
She previously worked as vice president of Sony Pictures Television’s TriStar TV, where she oversaw Hulu’s “Shut Eye” and worked on Amazon’s “Good Girls Revolt” and “The Last Tycoon.”
Prior to that, Liberatore was at such talent-based production companies as Krysten Ritter’s Silent Machine Entertainment and Ryan Reynolds’ and Allan Loeb’s DarkFire TV.
Additionally, Lin Pictures has brought on Courteney Tarantin as manager of television. Tarantin was also previously at TriStar.
“I am excited that Lindsey is bringing her strong creative instincts and her love of working with great storytellers to Lin Pictures,” said Dan Lin, founder and chief executive of Lin Pictures. “She embodies the collaborative spirit of our company and is the perfect executive to lead our television business.”
