Rapper Lil Wayne was hospitalized in Chicago on Sunday after being found unconscious in a hotel room there after suffering at least one seizure, TMZ reported.

The hip-hop star, who suffers from epilepsy and has suffered seizures in the past, was forced to cancel a concert scheduled for Sunday night at Drai’s Nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip. He was replaced that evening by rapper T.I. and DJ Franzen.

“Our priority is the health and well-being of our artists,” Drai’s Nightclub said in a statement. “Everyone at Drai’s wishes Lil Wayne a speedy recovery during this time.”

He had performed Saturday night at Indiana’s Hammond Civic Center just outside Chicago.

Reps for Wayne have not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.

Lil Wayne, whose real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., was hospitalized in Omaha, Nebraska, in June 2016 after suffering seizures while flying in a private jet, prompting two emergency landings.

He was en route from Milwaukee to California when the seizures occurred.

The rapper from New Orleans has said in the past that he’s epileptic and has a history of seizures.
