Leslie Jones got honest with Jessica Alba on Tuesday, and let Alba know that she isn’t happy with the way her company did business.

“Saturday Night Live” star Jones lit into the Honest Company via Twitter, saying that her recent experience with the company had been a “nightmare” and calling out Alba by name (or at least Twitter handle).

Jones also declared that the company had “just lost a good customer.”

“Ok @Honest you just lost a good customer,” Jones began her critique. “@jessicaalba please address your company that is not doing good business. I have use your company for more than three years now and these last three orders have been a nightmare!!”

Jones continued, “I have spend [sic] too much money here for that to happen!!”

Jones did not elaborate further on the nature of her complaint.

Alba responded hours later, saying that the company was “all over this issue” and telling Jones, “I’m a huge fan of yours.”

“Omg! I’m so so sorry you haven’t had a great experience. We are all over this issue and will make it right,” Alba wrote. “I am so appreciative and grateful to you for being a loyal Honest fan over the years, especially as we go through these growing pains. I’m a huge fan of yours.”

Jones isn’t the only one to express displeasure with the company, which Alba launched in 2012. The company has been sued a number of times since its launch, including a 2015 class-action lawsuit filed by a man who said that he “suffered a severe sunburn resulting in blistering and peeling” after using Honest Sunscreen.

According to Michael’s complaint, Honest Company decided in March to reduce its zinc oxide content from 20 percent to 9.3 percent in March, but “continued to represent that Honest Sunscreen provides broad spectrum SPF 30 sun protection.”
