Leah Remini might be responsible for saving her daughter’s nanny’s life.
In a preview of the second season of the TLC reality series “Leah Remini: It’s All Relative,” the actress’ nanny explains that she was convinced by Remini to get the mammogram that first detected her breast cancer.
“Without Leah, I probably wouldn’t have gone to get a mammogram. Life gets in the way,” she says in the clip. “So who knows where I would be today if she hadn’t forced me to go get that.”
The series follows Remini and her family, which includes her husband, Angelo, their 10 year-old daughter, Sofia, mother Vicki and stepfather George, and sister Shannon and her husband, William. Sofia’s nanny, Trish, family friend Lou and Leah’s personal assistant, Raffy, round out the cast.
