Fox Home Entertainment has hired former New Line marketing executive Matt Lasorsa to oversee marketing of the 4,100-title MGM library.
Lasorsa, who handled marketing for New Line DVD releases of franchises including "The Lord of the Rings," "Austin Powers" and "Rush Hour," will operate under the title of senior VP, MGM domestic marketing at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
He’ll report to Eric Doctorow, general manager of MGM worldwide.
