Don’t worry, Kesha; you have a hand to hold — and a shoulder to lean on — during your legal showdown with producer Dr. Luke.
Lady Gaga — who last week expressed her support for the “Tik Tok” singer — has once again displayed her admiration for Kesha, this time posting a photo of the two holding hands and leaning on each other.
The photo, posted on Gaga’s Twitter account Wednesday, was simply captioned “Free Kesha.”
Kesha is suing her producer, Dr. Luke, alleging that he sexually and emotionally abused her. Sony has also been named in the suit.
Dr. Luke has denied the allegations, and has filed his own countersuit.
On Friday, Kesha lost a bid to record outside of her contract, with a judge shooting down her request for an injunction. The judge concluded that Kesha could record for Sony with a different producer.
Legal setback aside, Kesha has received widespread support from her fans and colleagues, including Lady Gaga, who on Friday tweeted, “There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery.”

On Sunday at the Oscars, Gaga will sing “Til It Happens to You,” the song she and Diane Warren wrote about rape, which is nominated for Best Song.
