Lady Antebellum knows a thing or two about love songs, and they’ve offered up their talents to the latest Nicholas Sparks adaptation, “The Best of Me.” The film hits theaters Oct. 17, but fans can get an extended peek at it in the music video for Lady Antebellum’s single “I Did With You.”
The lyric video places the message of the song over scenes from Sparks’ 2011 story of high school sweethearts torn apart by family and separated for 20 years. When they come together again at a funeral, the old sparks rekindle.

The two mesh together as perhaps the best possible promotion for the upcoming Relativity Media release. Sure to be a tearjerker, “The Best of Me” stars James Marsden and Luke Bracey as the older and younger male lead, while Michelle Monaghan and Liana Liberator pull double duty as the female lead.
