A judge dismissed one of the civil claims Kevin Spacey faces from actor Anthony Rapp, who says that in 1986, Spacey, then 26, made a sexual advance on him when he was just 14 years old in the A-lister’s Manhattan apartment.

U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan threw out Rapp’s claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress, moments after the actor finished arguing that the “House of Cards” actor had sexually assaulted him. Kaplan cited that parts of the claim duplicate the “Rent” and “Star Trek: Discovery” actor’s other claim, which states that he was a victim of assault and battery.
