Kate Winslet hits theaters in “Steve Jobs” on Friday starring as Macintosh employee Joanna Hoffman, so it was only fitting that she played with an Apple product with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show.”
The English actress and the late-night host pulled out iPads to shoot selfies with the image-morphing app, Photo Booth, on Wednesday’s episode of the playful show.
“My 11 year old is going to love me for this,” Winslet laughed as her face was distorted in one pic. “It is very funny.”
As for Fallon’s attempt, “It does look like you are trying to push out a square-shaped poop,” she said.
“I am not very good with devices,” 40-year-old Winslet admitted as she failed to master the mirror effect and somehow chopped off her nose.
“Steve Jobs” also stars Michael Fassbender, Seth Rogen, Katherine Waterston and Jeff Daniels, and is directed by Danny Boyle from screenwriter Aaron Sorkin. It hits theaters on Friday, Oct. 9.
“The Tonight Show” airs at 11.35 p.m. on NBC.
