Kate Bosworth and Director Kat Coiro Reunite in ‘Untitled Italy Project’

In the movie, Bosworth plays a married woman who falls for a younger man

Kate Bosworth is preparing to shoot "Untitled Italy Project" — her third movie with director Kat Coiro.

The movie is about Jane Byrne, a married woman played by Bosworth who, while writing a memoir about her grandmother, begins an affair with the 19-year-old Caleb on the Italian island of Ischia. Byrne's husband, Leonard, played by Iddo Goldberg, is a tightly-wound viola player from London.

Coiro co-wrote and directed "L!fe Happens," also with Bosworth. That movie premieres at this weekend's Los Angeles Film Festival. She also directed the Funny or Die short "Idiots," with Bosworth, Zoe Saldana and Janeane Garofalo.

"Untitled Italy Project" shoots in Ischia and Naples, Italy and in Los Angeles.
