Kaley Cuoco Makes Crack About Ignoring Direction During ‘Big Bang Theory’ Taping (Photo)

“Another perfect BTS example of my full attention and work ethic,” actress quips

Kaley Cuoco has a lot on her mind when she shoots “The Big Bang Theory.”

The actress, who plays Penny on the long-running CBS hit, shared a behind-the-scenes set photo to Instagram on Thursday.

It showed Cuoco smiling and looking away as someone from the comedy’s crew addressed her and the other cast members. In contrast, co-star Mayim Bialik (Amy) appears rapt with attention.

“Another perfect BTS example of my full attention and work ethic during the live taping of tonight’s episode @bigbangtheory_cbs,” Cuoco cheekily captioned the shot. “We are back on THURSDAYS starting TONIGHT! Lots of laughs coming your way.”

Cuoco is known to keep things light-hearted on the set, as proven when she posted a pic last month of herself flipping the bird in the direction of co-star Jim Parsons (Sheldon).

“A little inside look at the effort it takes shooting an episode of @thebigbangtheory__ #bts,” she captioned that one.

Cuoco’s latest post presages a time slot shift for “The Big Bang Theory,” as it moves this week from Mondays to its new schedule spot on Thursdays to join spinoff “Young Sheldon.” CBS has already handed out a full-season order to “Sheldon” after just one episode.
