Taylor Swift ended the Los Angeles leg of her “1989” world tour on a very high note Wednesday when Justin Timberlake took to the stage for a surprise duet.
The pop pair performed his 2013 hit, “Mirrors,” as the audience at the Staples Center in downtown L.A. erupted into crazed applause.
“So Justin hasn’t performed since he became a dad, so I’m just honored that this is his first performance,” Swift told the screaming crowd.
Swift was also joined by Selena Gomez as the friends strutted to “Good for You” on the sell-out fifth of five shows at Staples.
The “Bad Blood” singer’s ultimate special guests for her final night followed in the footsteps of performances earlier in the week from John Legend, Beck, St. Vincent, Natalie Maines, Alanis Morissette and Ellen DeGeneres.
