“Hot Bench” is getting hotter.
The syndicated courtroom show, executive produced by Judge Judy Sheindlin, was up 47 percent year over year in Nielsen live-plus-same day household ratings for the week ending Oct. 18 — the largest growth for any syndicated show. “Hot Bench” drew an all-time high of 2.2, up 5 percent from the previous week.
That performance was enough to make it the No. 2 courtroom show for the week, behind Sheindlin’s signature show “Judge Judy.”
With adults 18-49, “Hot Bench” — currently in its second season — drew a 0.5 rating. The show drew a 0.7 rating among adults 25-54 and attracted 3.07 million total viewers.
“Judge Judy” was up 1 percent from last week with a 6.9 household rating. The show drew 9.60 million total viewers.
