Joss Whedon Backs Romney for Faster ‘Path to Zombie Apocalypse’ (Video)

"He's not afraid to face a ravening, grasping horde of subhumans. 'Cause that's how he sees poor people already"

You've heard Mitt Romney's critics claim that he will remove social safety nets, fail to balance the budget and mismanage foreign policy. But have you heard that he'll plunge the country into zombiedom?

That's the word from "Avengers" and "Cabin in the Woods" director Joss Whedon, who says he's backing Romney because he will "finally put this country back on the path to the zombie apocalypse."

"Romney's ready to make the deep rollbacks in health care, education, social services, reproductive rights that will guarantee poverty, unemployment, overpopulation, disease, rioting — all crucial elements in creating a nightmare zombie wasteland," Whedon says in a new mock campaign ad.
