For all of its divisiveness, the birther movement has done the seemingly impossible — it has brought Jon Stewart and Bill O'Reilly to common ground.
Stewart took time out on Wednesday's "The Daily Show" to praise his frequent target, Fox News shouting head O'Reilly, for calling out presumed presidential candidate Donald Trump, Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin and their followers/media enablers for speculating that President Barack Obama has something to hide about his origins.
