John Travolta was again placed on the defensive Tuesday, as he denied allegations made by a second masseur claiming the "Pulp Fiction" star behaved inappropriately during a massage.
Responding to an amended complaint filed against the actor that includes allegations made by a "John Doe #2," Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, said. "[T]he claim by Doe #2 is just as fabricated as the claim by Doe #1. Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims."

In the amended complaint, the newly added plaintiff claims that he encountered Travolta in January at an Atlanta resort where he was working as a masseur. According to the suit, the plaintiff was summoned to the room of a guest identified as "Mr. White," who "demanded a male masseuse."
The complaint adds that, when he arrived at the room he encountered Travolta who "had a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes" as he climbed naked onto the massage table.

According to the suit, Travolta removed the sheet he was wearing several times, complaining that the sheet was "sticky" and he couldn't tolerate it.
The suit says Travolta demanded that his "glutes" be worked on, and that the actor, in an aroused state, tried to direct the plaintiff's hands toward his rectal area.
The complaint claims that Travolta tried to force the masseur's hand onto his scrotum, then "started to grab, rub, and caress Doe Plaintiff No. 2's upper thighs and buttocks."
"Defendant started masturbating … with about 15 minutes left in the session," the suit reads. "Doe Plaintiff No. 2 hurried off after Defendant forcibly hugged him."
The second defendant, like the first, is seeking $2 million in the suit, which alleges assault sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In the initial complaint, filed Friday, an anonymous man claims that he was hired to give Travolta a massage in January, and driven to a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel by Travolta himself. According to the suit, during the massage Travolta rubbed the therapist's leg, moving on to his scrotum and penis.
In response to the initial complaint, a spokesperson told TheWrap that Travolta was on the East Coast at the time of the alleged incident, adding, "John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."
In his statement Tuesday, Singer suggested that the attorney for the plaintiffs had amended his complaint after researching Travolta's whereabouts at the time of the alleged incident.
"Before the attorney for the two anonymous plaintiffs filed the claim on behalf of the second person who refuses to disclose his identity although required to do so, it is obvious that he checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie," he said.
