Jimmy Kimmel introduced a new segment on Tuesday in which he speaks with a random celebrity’s parents and tries to determine who their child is by asking yes or no questions.
The lovely couple in this first installment have a son who is a movie star, over 30 years old, and has never been thanked by their child in an acceptance speech.
Kimmel was stumped, going so far as to ask if he was their child by adoption. He then turned to his trusty sidekick Guillermo for help, who told Kimmel to ask if the couple is from Hawaii, believing they were the parents of Woody Harrelson.
After a little help from his house band, Kimmel was able to deduce that these were in fact the parents of a major comedy star — both in front of and behind the camera.
