Netflix’s newest Marvel series “Jessica Jones” sent social media into a tizzy over Krysten Ritter‘s portrayal of newest superhero from Hell’s Kitchen.
“It only took 35 years, a character I really like, an awesome plot & a Netflix series to get me to buy my first comic book,” said Twitter user .
“#JessicaJones proved women can be as complex, gritty, determined even as unlikable as men, if not more,” added .
“Jessica Jones” follows Ritter’s character after a tragic ending to her short-lived superhero stint, as she rebuilds her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases in New York City.
It’s the second series, after “Daredevil,” in a planned Netflix Marvel universe, which will be followed by “Luke Cage,” who was introduced on the show, as played by Mike Colter.
Jessica Jones also has some famous fans.
“I am 3 episodes deep into #JessicaJones and I’m completely sold. @netflix,” tweeted “The Originals” star Phoebe Tonkin.
And there are those with helpful and quite frankly excellent suggestions.
“The Writers for Jessica jones and Daredevil need to come together and write a black widow 13 ep prequel Netflix series,” suggested @AgentDorian.

So the line has been drawn in the sand..if you're aren't completely in love with #JessicaJones, then you're a misogynist.

The problem with being done watching #JessicaJones is that there are no more #JessicaJones episodes to watch.
