TNT picked up a trio of pilots Friday, including the Jerry Bruckheimer procedural drama "Trooper," an individual with knowledge of the pick-ups told TheWrap.
"Trooper," which received a pilot pickup from CBS early this year but did not go forward, is described as a procedural drama about a recently divorced female state trooper. The mother of three, who takes an unconventional approach to work and home life, is paired with a by-the-books partner.

Bruckheimer is executive producing, with a script by Aron Eli Coleite ("Heroes," "The River"). The project comes from Warner Horizon Television.
"King and Maxwell," meanwhile, follows Secret Service agents turned private investigators Sean King and Michelle Maxwell, who "aren't the typical pair of private investigators." Based on characters created by author David Baldacci, the pilot is being executive produced by "NCIS" vet Shane Brennan, with Baldacci serving as a consultant. The pilot, from CBS Television Studios, will be produced by Karen Spiegel ("Absolute Power") and Grant Anderson ("Third Watch").

Finally, "Legends," based on a book by spy novelist Robert Littell, centers on deep-cover operative Martin Odum, who has a chameleon-like ability to transform himself into a different person for each mission. The Fox 21 pilot will be executive-produced by Howard Gordon ("Homeland"), Jeffrey Nachmanoff ("The Day After Tomorrow"), Alexander Cary ("Homeland") and Jonathan Levin ("Charmed").
