Jennifer Lopez is a cougar on the prowl, and then on the run, in the first trailer for Universal thriller “The Boy Next Door.”
The Jan. 23 release tells the erotic story of a bored housewife (Lopez) who gets it on with a new, young neighbor — played by “Step Up” star Ryan Guzman — and then learns he’s a total psychopath who just won’t take no for an answer when he comes back for seconds.

The preview (above) promises at least one steamy sex scene in the R-rated thriller adapted from the fantasies of adolescent boys everywhere, as well as sexually suggestive dialogue like, “I love your mother’s cookies.”
