Jennifer Lawrence totally got drunk and puked at an Oscars after party, but it was all Laura’s fault. During an appearance on “Late Night,” the Oscar-winning actress threw her best friend under the bus for her wild antics after the Academy Awards ceremony on March 2.
News of Lawrence’s drunken escapades broke in April when an audience member spoke to Us Weekly about her story. Finally, fans got to see Lawrence herself relive her not-so-glorious night. And it was definitely worth the wait. Nobody tells a story like Jennifer Lawrence.
Even before she took her family to the 2013 Oscars, Laura insisted that the two of them go together to the 2014 ceremony. Lawrence agreed, but added, “She was a terrible influence on me.” Her friend was pushing her to drink at the bar, and even encouraged her to shout for Brad Pitt to come over when they saw him.
Lawrence, who was apparently completely under Laura’s control by this point, shouted, “Hey, Brad Pitt!” over and over again until the actor came over. “He smelled like sandalwood,” Lawrence told Seth Meyers, before continuing her tale of woe.

She said that she never goes out after awards shows, but this time, she decided, “I’m going out.” And then she puked all over a very exclusive Oscars after-party. “If you get invited, you’re like super important,” she said of this particular party. “And I puked on his porch.”
But that wasn’t even the worst part. “I look behind me while I’m puking,” Lawrence said, “And Miley Cyrus is there, like, ‘Get it together.’”
