Jennifer Lawrence took to her Facebook page to give “Hunger Games” fans a first look at the next and final installment of the franchise.
With the caption “6.9.15 #MockingjayPart2 #Unite,” the photo shows Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne in the foreground of the image. Katniss is wearing her Mockingjay costume and carries her weapon of choice: a bow and arrow.
Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin) is seen hovering in the background.
After being chosen as the “Mockingjay” in the previous film, Katniss and District 13 continue in their all-out revolution against the autocratic Capitol.
Other cast members include Josh Hutcherson, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Natalie Dormer, Elizabeth Banks, Gwendoline Christie, Julianne Moore, and Sam Claflin.
“Mockingjay Part 2” is the fourth installment of the “Hunger Games” franchise, based on the best-selling novels by Suzanne Collins.
The film is set to hit theaters on November 20. It is directed by Francis Lawrence, while Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik are producing.
