Susanne Bier‘s “Serena” starring frequent co-stars Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence has finally released its first trailer.
The film marks the Ocsar-nominated duo’s third film together, though they shot it between “Silver Linings Playbook” and “American Hustle.”

The 1920s set drama follows newlyweds George and Serena Pemberton, ambitious lumber tycoons who show up in North Carolina to grow their business and start a family. Serena proves herself the equal of the male-dominated world, and becomes even more dangerous when she realizes her new husband had already fathered another woman’s child before their marriage.
“Serena” will have its world premiere at the London Film Festival in October, ahead of its Oct 24 UK release date.
